It’s quite easy to contact someone if you have questions and the person I spoke with on the online chat feature was friendly and helpful.
Quality
Of course, funky flavors and great customer service won’t do much if the product itself is not up to snuff. V2 Cigs fare quite well when it comes to quality. The e-cigarettes feel like a solid, quality product – not like something cheaply made. The atomizer and battery are reliable. The 4.2V batteries are strong enough that the e-cigarettes feel very similar to the real deal. The atomizer is powered fast so you don’t have to puff hard or long to get the vapor. If you want a really powerful vapor, V2 Cigs makes Power-Cigs for just that reason.
Warranty
If there is any problem with your product, V2 Cigs will replace it easily. One possible issue: V2 Cigs promises a “Lifetime Warranty,” which may make you think that once you order an e-cigarette it is covered for your lifetime. Not so fast. According to the fine print, you are limited to no more than five replacements per product. The lifetime warranty is for the lifetime of the product, according to V2, not for your lifetime.

One of the best ways to get started with V2 Cigs is with the starter kits. These include everything you need to get started. V2 Cigs have a number of options for kits, including the Economy Kit, which includes a V2 Standard Automatic Battery, ten flavor Cartridges, a Wall Adapter, a Smart Charger, and a manual. If you love to travel, the $139.95 V2 Traveler Kit includes 2 V2 batteries, 15 flavor cartridges, a wall adapter, a Smart Charger, a 2amp Car Adapter, a portable charging case, a Notebook-Cig, and a manual. The Notebook-Cigs are especially cool – you plug them into your laptop, USB hub, or computer and save batteries while getting a more powerful vapor than you get with rechargeable batteries. The V2 Power-Cig is a similar accessory – you can plug it in rather than relying on batteries to get a thicker and more consistent vapor.
